About me

I'm a designer, data nerd, singer, coach, and mom. I wear a lot of hats - and I never want to take a single one off.

Design has been part of my DNA for as long as I can remember. It started with a love of drawing as a kid, which grew into a passion for creativity in all its forms. When I got to college, I tried to follow in my parents' footsteps - one in computer science, one in early childhood education. Neither path felt quite right on its own, but where I landed turned out to be the perfect blend of both: a little creative nerd, a little computer nerd, and a whole lot of love for digital design.

At the core of my work is a deep commitment to the people actually using what I build. Honestly? What I think doesn't matter much - what users say they need is everything. I believe in getting boots on the ground, listening closely, and genuinely empathizing with the problems people face. The products I design should fit seamlessly into someone's life, not add friction to it.

When I'm not building experiences, you'll find me on a little league field or in my basement belting out punk and metal music. Being a lead singer puts you out there in a way that's equal parts terrifying and freeing - and that vulnerability has made me braver in work and in life. Because if I can walk out on stage in front of thousands dozens of people, I know I can handle anything.
